About musclesbymiablog

Hi everyone. My name is Mia Spilinek. I am the mother of three great kids who is very busy juggling "my life" and theirs! I am a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor, as well as a certified spinning instructor. I train and teach classes at the local gym in my rural Wyoming town. You might call me "an accidental fitness girl". I have only been working out seriously for about 13 years. I am 45 years old now... so if you do the math... I didn't get started until I was 32 !!! It has been a very slow but steady process to get to where I am today. I have learned a lot along this journey. Some of what I have learned has been thru trial and error, some by research and reading a lot of fitness books and magazines , some from very smart people I have listened to for advice, but mostly I am where I am today because of PERSISTANCE and DEDICATION. It is a slow process and one that isn't always easy, often filled with challenges and temptations. I am here to tell you that if you work hard and stay consistent ...the rewards will be amazing! If you will let me, I would love to help you through your own personal journey to get healthy, fit, confident and strong! You can do it....trust me...if I did it anyone can do it!!!! Have confidence in yourself and let's get started today!
